THE FISH TEAM
As the owner of the a real estate company here in Bangor, and having been a full time REALTOR for nearly 30 years, I bring experience, knowledge and tools that are extremely valuable and important for today’s market. Now, I am pleased and excited to add to my team, Jason Fish who brings the energy, technology and enthusiasm of his generation. Together, we bridge the gap between the wisdom of experience and the youthful talents of technology.
Jason has been managing the everyday operations of the office and has been licensed since 2004, but only used this status to assist our office in areas that required such licensing at a state level. He is now part of the Fish Team and is a hardworking young man who is honest, ethical and always reliable. He is an avid outdoorsmen and recently has become a proud father.
MEET CAROLYN
Specialties Include: Waterfront, Unique, Recreational, Development, Project, Senior, and Consultant Specialist Carolyn has been licensed since 1981. She owned and operated Maine Getaways; a real estate agency specialized in waterfront sales and rentals until 1992 when she joined Realty Executives as a waterfront specialists where she maintained top sales and earned the prestigious Chairmans award. Carolyn has been to Europe twice to promote Maine real estate, she has advised local, national, and international real estate investors, been a mentor and board member for the Womens Business Development Corporation. She has her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, and is a Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant. In 2003 she was given the National Leadership Award and Honorary Chairman by the Business Advisory Council. More recently Carolyn was named Realtor of the Year for 2008. She's past Chair of Education for the Bangor Board of Realtors, Secretary, and 2007 President. She is on the board of directors for the Maine Association of Realtors (MAR) and is a past member of a MAR Strategic planning committee. She customized the "unbundled" Seller's Partnership program and the mentor sponsorship program for the incoming agents all help to better serve the public and to provide more opportunity and productivity for the agentsnner office business plan and policy reflects her long time standards of practice based on professional integrity.Did you know?
